Torrox Costa, flanked to the west by El Morche, and to the east by Peñoncillo, is the coastal resort of the inland village of Torrox, and is just 15 minutes’ drive from Nerja and a 40 minute drive from Málaga airport. Along this coastal strip are a total of seven beaches (some having been awarded Blue Flag status), totalling 9kms and including some secluded coves. The promenade which is adapted for those with reduced mobility is lined with restaurants, bars, shops and ice cream parlours.
